This is a very important topic you have addressed here. There are more and more individuals faced with caring for their own children and a aging relative. It is a difficult balancing act, one that affects many financially, physically and emotionally. The balancing act also includes trying to stay employed, as many caregivers are too young to retire and still need health care benefits as well.
